By renting with Just Drive Car Rentals, you agree to our Terms & Conditions for a seamless and enjoyable journey in Goa.
‣ Rates apply on a calendar day basis; extra hour charges equal full day rate.
‣ Renter is responsible for petrol costs.
‣ Minimum 2-year-old driving license required; submit a photocopy during rental.
‣ Rs. 3000/- deposit required; varies for higher-end models. Renter bears costs for damages or theft.
‣ In the case of a major accident, repair costs borne by the renter; repairs done only with Authorized Dealers.
‣ Car not returned clean? Additional Rs. 300/- washing charges apply.
‣ We operate 24/7.
‣ Car delivery/pickup available at extra charge based on location.
‣ Booking by category; specific car model not guaranteed, subject to availability.
‣ Inquire about additional long-duration discounts.
‣ Photography from vehicle roof or bonnet strictly prohibited; violators risk deposit forfeiture and legal action.
‣ Tariff not applicable in December.
‣ Cars strictly prohibited on Goa beaches; it’s an offense.
‣ Vehicle should not leave Goa per RTO rules; fines and additional charges apply if violated.
Pricing Policy
Transparent pricing and seamless transactions – our Pricing Policy ensures clarity and convenience for your car rental experience.
‣ All rates are on a per-day basis.
‣ A minimum booking of 2 days is applicable for the first rental.
‣ Day calculation is from 9 am to the next day 9 am.
‣ Full payment (Car rent + Pickup and delivery charges + Security deposit) is required in advance on the first day of renting the car.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation: Notify us promptly if your plans change, and we’ll assist accordingly.
‣ Cancellation fee (25% of total charges) applicable if canceled 48 hrs before car pickup.
‣ No cancellations allowed within 48 hrs of car pickup; no refund for No Show Reservations.
‣ Cancellations accepted via call, WhatsApp, or Email.
‣ Special Occasions: No cancellations for limited offers on occasions like Dussehra, Ganesh Chathurthi, Diwali, X’ Max, New Year, etc.
‣ In the case of a major accident, repair costs borne by the renter; repairs done only with Authorized Dealers.
Refund Process
Refund processed promptly upon cancellation.
‣ Initiate Refund: Request a refund upon cancellation.
‣ Processing Time: Refunds processed within 7 days.
‣ Payment Mode: Refunds issued via the original payment method.
‣ Notification: Inform us at 9209956023 with booking details when canceling.
